Philip lives and works in Springdale where he is a real estate broker, investor, developer, and builder. He is a Northwest Arkansas Native from Tontitown. He attended Springdale High School and the University of Arkansas.

He is married to Mary Ann Zulpo-Taldo, with three daughters and nine grandchildren.

Philip is a member of the Northwest Arkansas National Airport Authority, Northwest Arkansas Council, ARVEST Bank Director, and was appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson as an Arkansas Highway Commissioner in 2017. He currently serves as Chairman.
