City of Shannon Hills – Sidewalks

Separate sealed bids for the construction of: Shannon Hills Sidewalks Donnie – Clayton Sidewalk Extension will be received by: the City of Shannon Hills, Arkansas at the office of: Mayor Mike Kemp, 10401 High Road East, Shannon Hills, AR 72103 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 9, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

City of Little Rock – Two Rivers Park Trail Rehab.

The City of Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional rehabilitation of the existing trail located within the City of Little Rock “city limits” at Two Rivers Park, 6900 Two Rivers Road, Little Rock, Arkansas until 2:00 p.m. on Monday July 8, 2024.

The Nature Conservancy – Ranch North Woods Trail

Notice is hereby given pursuant to this Request for Bids (this “RFB”) that sealed bids (in each
case, a “Bid”) for the project described below (the “Project”) will be received by The Nature
Conservancy, a District of Columbia non-profit corporation (“TNC” or “Owner”) up to the
hour of 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday July 17, 2024 following which the Bids will
be opened publicly and read aloud.
