CLARK COUNTY (7-13) – Maintenance work requires a temporary closure of
State Highway 53 near Hollywood, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will close a section of State Highway 53 to all through traffic from
the intersection with State Highway 26 and the interchange with State Highway 51. This
section will be closed starting at 8:00 a.m. on July 16, 2018 and remain closed until 5:00 p.m.
on July 19, 2018.

Traffic will be controlled with flaggers and traffic cones. Drivers should exercise caution
when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel
