Maintenance to Interstate 30 Requires Nightly Lane Closures

PULASKI COUNTY (8-3) – Maintenance operations on Interstate 30 require nighttime lane
closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will create alternating and temporary lane closures between the
6th Street overpass and the Arch Street Overpass (at I-440WB/I-30WB). These closures will
be in place between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. nightly from Sunday through Thursday for the
next two weeks. These closures will allow crews to resurface sections of the roads where
potholes tend to develop.

Striping will also occur during the second week of this work, and the striping work will be
completed with moving road closures during non-peak hours.

Traffic will be controlled with signage and traffic barrels. Drivers should exercise caution
when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel
information can be found at IDriveArkansas.com or ARDOT.gov. You can also follow us on
