LITTLE RIVER COUNTY (8-22) – State Highway 234 between State Highway 41 and State
Highway 108 has been re-opened to through traffic, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

This section of roadway was closed to through traffic on July 19, 2018, to replace the culverts
at Hurricane Creek. The contractor will continue work in this area over the next few weeks,
placing new asphalt on the roadway, completing the roadway slopes, seeding, and placing
right of way fencing.
