PULASKI COUNTY (8-17) – A routine bridge inspection of the I-440 Bridge over the
Arkansas River requires lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will perform daily lane closures beginning Monday, August 20
through Thursday, August 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The closure will begin in the
eastbound outside lane and move to the westbound outside lane.

Traffic will be controlled with signage and traffic cones. Drivers should exercise caution
when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel
