CLARK & HOT SPRING COUNTIES (9-28) – Bridge deck repairs require a temporary lane
closure on I-30 near Malvern, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT)
officials.

Weather permitting, crews will conduct a lane closure of the inside, westbound lane of
Interstate 30 Monday, October 1 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The closure will range from
Mile Marker 79 in Clark County to Mile Marker 82 in Hot Spring County and allow crews to
repair the bridge deck over DeRoche Creek near Malvern.

Traffic will be controlled with signage and traffic barrels. Drivers should exercise caution
when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel
