Safety Improvements Require Alternating Lane Closures in Fayetteville

WASHINGTON COUNTY (10-29) – Safety improvements require alternating lane closures
in the city of Fayetteville, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT)
officials.

Weather permitting, crews will place alternating lane closures on State Highway 112
between Drake Street and Knapp Street in Fayetteville from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, October 30. Drivers are encouraged to utilize alternate routes during the work.

Traffic will be controlled with flaggers, signage, and traffic cones. Drivers should exercise
caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel
