CRAWFORD COUNTY (6-21) – Rehabilitation on Ridge Road Bridge requires closure of the
structure, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.
Crews will close the Ridge Road overpass of Interstate 40 to rehabilitate the bridge deck
from 12 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25.
Traffic south of the bridge may detour using U.S. Highway 64 to County Road 63 (Georgia
Ridge Road) to the east or County Road 176 (Edwards Road) to North Mountain Grove
Road to the west. Traffic north of the bridge may detour using North Mountain Grove Road
and County Road 176 (Edwards Road).
Traffic will be controlled with signage, barricades and traffic barrels. Drivers should exercise
caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel
