UPDATE: Maintenance Work Requires Overnight Lane Closures on Interstate 40 in North Little Rock

PULASKI COUNTY (7-12) – Maintenance work requires overnight lane closures on I-40
between I-30 and U.S. Highway 67 in North Little Rock, according to Arkansas Department
of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will close the two center lanes of I-40 eastbound between I-30
and U.S. Highway 67 from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. continuing on Sunday night, July 14 and
ending Thursday morning, July 18. This closure will allow crews to make repairs to the
concrete pavement in the area. This closure is a continuation of work in that area, crews
repaired the two middle westbound lanes from Sunday, June 23 through Friday, June 28.

Traffic will be controlled by signage and traffic barrels. Drivers should exercise caution when
approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information
