CRAIGHEAD COUNTY (7-12) – Construction along U.S. Highway 63B (Nettleton Avenue)
between Watt Street and Central Street in Jonesboro requires temporary road closure,
according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.
Weather permitting, crews will close Highway 63B (Nettleton Avenue) between Watt Street
and Central Street beginning Monday, July 15 at 8:00 a.m. to reconstruct the roadway.

closure is anticipated to be complete by mid-August.
This work is part of a project (100824) that is constructing an overpass for State
Highway 18 over the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway railroad crossing. The contract

$25,182,888.88. The project is estimated to be complete early 2022.
