Routine Bridge Inspection Requires Partial Ramp Closure on U.S. Highway 70

GARLAND COUNTY (9-23) – A routine bridge inspection of the U.S. Highway 70 Hot Springs
Bypass requires a partial ramp closure, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will close the westbound off ramp at Exit 6 that carries traffic
from westbound U.S. Highway 70 onto the Hot Springs Bypass on Wednesday, September
25 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


Traffic will be controlled by signage and traffic barrels. Drivers should exercise caution when
approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information
