CRITTENDEN COUNTY (1-3) – Routine bridge maintenance on Interstate 55 over the
Mississippi River requires lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will close the southbound outside lane Tuesday, January 7 from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the northbound outside lane from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday, January 8-9, 2020.

Traffic will be controlled by signage, cones, and Arkansas Highway Police. Drivers should
exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
