PULASKI COUNTY (01-24) – Crews performing geotechnical sampling along Interstate 30 in
Little Rock and North Little Rock will require daytime lane closures on ramps and adjacent roads,
according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.
Geotechnical boring for design work on the 30 Crossing project will require moving lane closures
in various areas along Interstate 30 in locations between East 4th Street in Little Rock and
Riverfront Drive in North Little Rock. Weather permitting, this work will occur Monday,
January 27 through Tuesday, February 4, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with
exceptions noted below.
- Northbound Rector Street, between East 4th and 3rd Streets, left lane closed, Little Rock
- Eastbound I-30 on-ramp at Hwy. 10 (Cantrell Road), right lane closed, Little Rock (9a-3p)
- Eastbound I-30 on-ramp at East 3rd Street, left shoulder closed, Little Rock (9a-3p)
- Eastbound Riverfront Drive, left-turn lane onto South Locust Street, North Little Rock
- Westbound Riverfront Drive at South Locust Street, right lane, North Little Rock
- Westbound I-30 exit ramp to Hwy. 10 (Cantrell Road), right shoulder, Little Rock
Traffic will be controlled with construction barrels and signage. The public is advised to be
cautious when traveling in the work zone.
