PRAIRIE COUNTY (1-29) – Repairs to a guardrail on Interstate 40 require a temporary lane
closure, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will close the eastbound inside lane of I-40 between
Mile Marker 199 and 200 on Thursday, January 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Traffic will be controlled by traffic cones and signage. Drivers should exercise caution when
approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information
