NOTICE TO MEDIA

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that Vice Chairman Robert S.
Moore, Jr. has called a Special Meeting of the Arkansas Highway Commission. The purpose of
the meeting is to address the vacant position of Commission Chairman created by the recent
passing of Chairman Tom Schueck. This meeting will take place immediately prior to the
Town Hall Meeting in Maumelle. Details are as follows:
