LITTLE ROCK (4-3) – Previously, the March 17, 2020 and April 7, 2020 Application
Seminars for the 2020 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) and Recreational Trails
Program (RTP) application cycle were postponed in an effort to promote social distancing
and to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in Arkansas. The Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) is now rescheduling these application seminars in the format of a
webinar on April 16, 2020.

For instructions on how to access the webinar, please refer to ARDOT’s TAP webpage at
www.ardot.gov/tap/tap.aspx. Attendees will need to register to attend the webinar and
receive login information.

Due to the postponement of the previous application seminars and to allow for additional
time to complete applications, the application deadline is being extended
to Wednesday, July 1, 2020. The applications available on ARDOT’s TAP webpage
have been updated to reflect the new deadline.

A recording of the April 16, 2020, webinar will be posted on ARDOT’s TAP webpage shortly
following the event.
