Work on Interstate 30 Requires Lane Closures in Little Rock

PULASKI COUNTY (05-05) – Crews performing design work along the Interstate 30
corridor in Little Rock will require frontage road, ramp and adjacent roadway lane closures,
according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, this work will occur during daytime hours Wednesday, May 6 through
Friday, May 8, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

  • Westbound I-30 Exit Ramp to 2nd Street: Crews will close the right turn lane onto
    2nd Street. Vehicles will still be able to turn right at the stop sign. The lane closure
    continues southbound on Ferry Street to 3rd Street.
  • Westbound I-30 Frontage Road: Crews will close select lanes at Broadway Street.
  • Adjacent City Streets: Crews will close select lanes and parking spots at the
    following intersections – Sherman and 2nd Streets, River Market and 4th Street, and
    Rock and 4th Streets. Crews will also close select lanes on eastbound/westbound
    Broadway Street west of the frontage road.


Traffic will be controlled with construction barrels and signage. Non-interstate traffic may
also include flaggers. The public is advised to be cautious when traveling in the work zone.
