PULASKI COUNTY (8-21) – Maintenance on a barrier wall on Interstate 440 requires daily
lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will close the eastbound inside lane of I-440 between mile
markers 4 and 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day beginning Monday, August 24
through Wednesday, August 26. This closure will allow crews to repair an inside barrier
wall between Lindsey Road (Exit 4) and the Arkansas River Bridge.

Traffic will be controlled by traffic cones and signage. Drivers should exercise caution when
approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information
