PULASKI COUNTY (2-23) – Improvements to Cantrell Road (Highway 10) have been delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

When weather permits, crews will close the inside and middle northbound lanes of I-430 from the Pleasant Valley Drive overpass to the Arkansas River Bridge. This closure will allow crews to work on the bridge substructure located in the median.
