Replacement of Highway 105 Bridge over Isabell Creek Means Long Term Closure near Moreland

POPE COUNTY (5-28) – Replacement of the Highway 105 Bridge over Isabell Creek means long term road closures at Oak Grove, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will close Highway 105 between Highways 164 and 124 starting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1. This closure will be in place 24 hours a day, not open to through traffic, and will remain in place until work is completed, which is expected to take five months.

Drivers are encouraged to detour using Highways 164 and 124 through Moreland. Traffic will be controlled by barricades and signage.
