Repairs to a railroad crossing will cause temporary closure of Highway 15 near El Dorado.

Weather permitting; El Dorado & Wesson Railway Company will close Highway 15 at the railroad crossing just south of Highway 82 tomorrow, Saturday, August 20, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Traffic will follow detour signs to Highways 82 and 335.

ARDOT reminds drivers to slow down and minimize distractions when moving through a work zone. Using a phone in a work zone is unlawful and can result in citations and doubled fines.
