Cantrell Road traffic will move onto the new Rodney Parham overpass beginning tomorrow night, Wednesday, September 28.
Westbound lanes will shift onto the new overpass at 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 28 and the shift will be complete by 6 a.m. Thursday morning.
Eastbound lanes will shift onto the new overpass at 8 p.m. Thursday, September 29 and the shift will be complete by 6 a.m. Friday morning.
Once the shift is complete, eastbound through traffic will not have to stop after passing the Woodland Heights intersection until they cross Interstate 430.
Motorists heading east on Cantrell should stay in the left two lanes to travel across the new overpass. To access Interstate 430 (both northbound and southbound), through traffic will follow signs that will guide drivers over the new bridge in the right two lanes.
Traffic from Rodney Parham will stay below the new overpass.
The contractor will close Southridge Drive at Cantrell Road beginning 8 p.m. Thursday, September 29 until the work in that area is complete.
