Interstate 440 will close to two lanes from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily Monday, January 29 through Thursday, February 1 for a routine bridge inspection.

Weather permitting, bridge inspection crews will close the outside eastbound lane between Springer Boulevard (Exit 1) and Bankhead Drive (Exit 3).

Traffic will be controlled with the use of barrels, message boards, and signage.

Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling in the area.
