Daytime Highway 67 Exit Ramp Closure Scheduled in Jacksonville

PULASKI COUNTY | February 7, 2024

Construction to widen Highway 67 to six lanes between Main Street and Vandenberg Boulevard in Jacksonville requires a single-day closure of southbound ramp Exit 10B (Gregory Street) Saturday, February 10 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Weather permitting, crews will close the Highway 67 southbound exit ramp 10B (Gregory Street) to perform drainage work. Highway 67 southbound traffic needing to exit at Gregory Street is encouraged to use Exit 11 (Vandenberg Boulevard) or Exit 9 (Main Street).

Traffic will be controlled with message boards, barricades, and traffic drums. The public is advised to be cautious when traveling in the work zone and watch for slower traffic speeds. Areas adjacent to the Interstate may experience noise impacts during nighttime hours.

This project (Job CA0604) is part of ARDOT’s Connecting Arkansas Program and includes widening 2.5 miles of Highway 67 to six lanes, between Main Street (Exit 9) and Vandenberg Boulevard (Exit 11) in Jacksonville. The project also includes improvements at the James Street interchange (Exit 10A), the Gregory Street Interchange (Exit 10B), the Vandenberg Boulevard interchange (Exit 11), and conversion of the Frontage roads from two-way to one-way.
