LINCOLN COUNTY | June 11, 2024

A temporary closure of Highway 293 is scheduled from 6 a.m. Wednesday, June 12 through 6 p.m. Friday, June 14, near Star City.

Weather permitting, crews will replace a pipe culvert in the Avery Community on Guy Road.

Detours will be set up using the following locations:

• Highway 11
• Highway 114
• Highway 83
• Highway 54

Highway 293 will be open to local traffic only during the closure. See the attached detour map for additional information. Detour Map

Traffic will be controlled with the use of barrels, message boards, and signage.

Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling in the area.
