Highway 164 near Harmony is scheduled to close around the clock from 7 a.m. Monday, March 3, through 5 p.m. Friday, March 14 to allow crews to replace a drainage structure.
Weather permitting, Highway 164 will be closed 2.5 miles west of the intersection at Highway 103 to allow crews to remove an existing narrow bridge and replace it with a box culvert.
Digital message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the closures. Motorists traveling on either side of the closure will need to identify their detour routes.
- Highway 103 to Highway 164 east detour. Traffic will take Highway 103 south to Clarksville, then Highway 64 west to Interstate 40 westbound, exit at 47, and head north on Highway 164.
- Highway 103 to Highway 164 west detour. Traffic will take Highway 164 south to Interstate 40 eastbound, exit at 55, take Highway 64 east to Clarksville, and head north on Highway 103.
