U.S. Highway 322 between the Tyronza River and Hawkins Lane near Tyronza is scheduled to close around the clock from 8 a.m. Monday, May 5 through 12 p.m. Friday, May 16.

Weather permitting, the closure will allow for the replacement of the bridge over the drainage ditch.

Highway 322 will remain open to local traffic only on either side of the closure. A signed detour will be in place using Highway 149 and Interstate 555.

• Highway 322 westbound detour. Traffic will take Highway 322 westbound to Highway 149, then north to Interstate 555.
• Highway 322 eastbound detour. Traffic will take Highway 322 eastbound to Interstate 555, then northeast to Highway 149.

Digital message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the closure.
