The Interstate 40 Hernando DeSoto Bridge over the Mississippi River in West Memphis is scheduled to have alternating eastbound and westbound outside single lane closures Monday, June 2, through Thursday, June 26.

Weather permitting, crews will begin inspections on the westbound side and will change directions as needed over the course of the inspection. Eastbound lanes will be closed 9 a.m. through 6 p.m. and westbound lanes will be closed 6:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.

Digital message boards, cones, and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the closures.
