Highway 230 between County Road 725 and Highway 349 near Bono is scheduled to close around the clock from 8 a.m. Monday, June 2 through 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 16.

Weather permitting, the closure will allow for crews to replace the existing bridge structure with a reinforced box culvert.

Highway 230 will remain open to local traffic only on either side of the closure. A signed detour will be in place.

Westbound traffic will bypass the closure by taking Highway 349 to Highway 228, then will travel southbound on Highway 91. Eastbound traffic will bypass the closure by taking Highway 91 to Highway 228, then will travel southbound on Highway 349.

Message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the closure.
