Gregory Street Exit to Close, Temporary N. James Street Exit to Open on Highway 67 Northbound in Jacksonville

PULASKI COUNTY | June 25, 2024

Construction to widen Highway 67 to six lanes between Main Street and Vandenberg Boulevard in Jacksonville requires the closing of the Highway 67 northbound exit ramp at Gregory Street and the opening of a temporary exit ramp at N. James Street beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday, June 27 and remaining in place until late 2025.

Weather permitting, crews will close the Highway 67 northbound Exit 10B (Gregory Street) ramp to allow construction of the new permanent ramp at Gregory Street. Traffic will use the temporary Highway 67 northbound Exit 10A (N. James Street) ramp.

Southbound travel will not be impacted by this work. See map NR 24-198-A for more information.

Traffic will be controlled with traffic drums, barricades, and signage. The public is advised to be cautious when traveling in the work zone and watch for slower traffic speeds. Areas adjacent to the Interstate may experience noise impacts during nighttime hours.

This project (Job CA0604) is part of ARDOT’s Connecting Arkansas Program and includes widening 2.5 miles of Highway 67 to six lanes, between Main Street (Exit 9) and Vandenberg Boulevard (Exit 11) in Jacksonville.
