PHILLIPS COUNTY (8-1) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to roadways in Phillips County, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to resurface eight miles of U.S. Highways 49 and 49B in
Helena – West Helena.

Atlas Asphalt, Inc. of Batesville was awarded the contract at $3,950,026.60.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in early 2020.

WHITE COUNTY (8-1) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to a roadway in White County, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the pavement on the main lanes and shoulders on U.S.
Highway 67 between the Lonoke County Line and Judsonia.

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. of Columbia, Missouri, was awarded the contract at $20,889,159.20.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in late 2021.

LONOKE COUNTY (8-1) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to a roadway in Lonoke County, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to widen three miles of State Highway 321 to five lanes with a portion
of four-lane divided roadway in Cabot.

Rogers Group, Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee, was awarded the contract at $24,171,571.91.
Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in early 2021.

improvements to a roadway in Benton County, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to construct 2.7 miles of two-lane roadway with bridges for the Bella
Vista Bypass/U.S. Highway 71 Interchange (State Highway 549).

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. of Columbia, Missouri, was awarded the contract at $66,593,069.36.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2021.

The purpose of this project is to replace a bridge on State Highway 141 over the Little Cache River
near McDougal.

Capital Paving and Construction, LLC of Jefferson City, Missouri, was awarded the contract at
$1,575,646.60.

Hutchens Construction Company, LLC of Cassville, Missouri, was awarded the contract at
$464,720.23.

McClendon Street; and .9 miles of selected sections of various city streets in Nashville to include
Leslie Street and Sypert Street.

Tri State Asphalt, Inc. of De Queen was awarded the contract at $502,582.60.

The purpose of this project is to overlay 1.8 miles of selected sections of various city streets in
Booneville to include Morton Avenue, W. Fourth Street, W. First Street, W. Tenth Street, E. Eighth
Street, and S. Owen Avenue; and 1 mile of selected sections of various city streets in Mansfield to
include Walnut Avenue, S. Division Avenue, Olive Avenue, Chestnut Avenue, Park Avenue,
Rodgers Street, Bowman Avenue, and S. Sebascott Avenue.

Silco Construction, Inc. of Waldron was awarded the contract at $499,824.15.

Springs in Benton County and overlay .38 miles of selected sections of various city streets in Elm
Springs in Washington County to include Snavely Road, Melinda Lane, and Cynthia Avenue.

Hutchens Construction Company, LLC of Cassville, Missouri, was awarded the contract at
$286,283.01.
