In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified of changes to the Arkansas State
Highway Commission schedule of events:

• The Regular Business Meeting on April 29 has been rescheduled for May 13.
• The Regular Business Meeting on June 10 has been rescheduled for June 17.

As recommended by health officials, the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT)
is engaging in social distancing mitigation measures to help combat the spread of COVID-19
in Arkansas communities by rescheduling or cancelling certain events. The format of the
rescheduled meetings will be announced at a later date.
