How to File an External EEO Program Complaint
If you believe that you have been discriminated against on an ARDOT project, you may file a complaint with the Lead External Civil Rights Coordinator. To file a complaint please submit the following information:
- A written explanation of what has happened
- Your contact information, (e.g., email address)
- The basis of the complaint
- Contractor name
- The date(s) of the alleged discriminatory act and location
