How to File an External EEO Program Complaint

If you believe that you have been discriminated against on an ARDOT project, you may file a complaint with the Lead External Civil Rights Coordinator. To file a complaint please submit the following information:

  1. A written explanation of what has happened
  2. Your contact information, (e.g., email address)
  3. The basis of the complaint
  4. Contractor name
  5. The date(s) of the alleged discriminatory act and location
