Alternating lane closures are scheduled on Highway 63 in Jonesboro from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily beginning Tuesday, March 26 and continuing until the project is complete.

The closures will allow crews to add an asphalt overlay to the existing roadway.

The project will start at Dan Avenue (Highway 91) and continue north toward Bono to County Road 118.

The project is expected to take six weeks to complete.

Traffic will be controlled with message boards, construction barrels, and signage.

Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling in the area.
