Questions pertaining to projects during the advertisement period should be addressed to the Program Management Division at [email protected].  The deadline to submit a question is the Wednesday prior to the scheduled letting date.  A question submitted after the close of business on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled letting date may not receive a response.
