The following projects will be advertised by the local agency shown in the notice.
City of White Hall – Dollarway Road to Taylor Elementary Sidewalks
The City of White Hall will receive sealed bids on a General Contract for connecting the residents of East Street to White Hall Avenue. The project consists of curb and gutter and a 5’ sidewalk along the back of curb as well as a section of 5’ sidewalk along School Street to access the middle school. The City of White Hall, Arkansas will receive Bids until 10:00 a.m. Local Time on July 22, 2025 at City Hall, 101 Parkway Drive, White Hall, Arkansas 71612. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Arkansas County – Downtown Streetscape
Arkansas County will receive sealed bids until 10:30 a.m. Local Time on July 15, 2025 at City Hall, 120 Court Square, DeWitt, Arkansas from a General Contract for the removal and reconstruction of existing sidewalks at the four “corners” of Court Square, Dewitt, along with several other short lengths of sidewalk around the square, complete with street furniture, colored concrete pavement and street lighting (lighting provided by Entergy Arkansas).

City of Springdale – Don Tyson Pkwy. Extension
Sealed bids for Street and Storm Drainage Improvements and Water and Sanitary Sewer Relocations for the Don Tyson Parkway Extension will be received by the City of Springdale, Arkansas, in Community Room at the City Administration Building, 201 Spring Street, Springdale, Arkansas 72764, until 2:30 p.m. (local time), July 8, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

City of Brookland – Hwy. 49B Sidewalks
SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to The Honorable Kenneth Jones, City of Brookland, 613
Holman Street, Brookland, Arkansas 72417, will be received until 10:00 A.M., July 8, 2025 for construction of Hwy. 49B Sidewalks. Bids will be opened and read at such time.

ASU-Mountain Home – Multi-Use Trail
Sealed bids addressed to ASU-Mountain Home, will be received at Room C124, 1600 S College St., Mountain Home, AR 72653, until 2:00 pm on July 7, 2025, for the construction of the ASUMH MULTI-USE TRAIL Improvements. The sealed bids will then be opened and publicly read aloud. The work includes all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the work as described in the project plans and specifications.

City of Keiser – Multi-Use Trail
SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401, will be received until 2:00 P.M., July 1, 2025, for construction of the Keiser Multi-Use Trail. Bids will be opened and read at such time.

City of Mountain View – Mountain View Pedestrian Impvts.
SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Mayor Roger Gardner, City of Mountain View, AR, 311 West Main Street, will be received until 11:00 AM (Local Time) on Thursday, June 5, 2025, for furnishing labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to construct concrete sidewalks, earthwork, drainage, lighting, and associated appurtenances. Bids will be opened and read aloud at such time at Mountain View City Hall located at 311 West Main Street, Mountain View, Arkansas, 72560.
