Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Transportation (Department) is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms for on-call services for noise analysis and abatement services of highway projects in Arkansas on an as-needed basis for 2022 through the end of 2026. The contract duration will not exceed five years.

Copies of the full Request for Letters of Interest shall be obtained by emailing [email protected] with On-Call Noise 2022 in the subject line.

In order to receive consideration, interested firms shall follow the instructions supplied to them and shall provide completed qualifications no later than 3:00 p.m. (CST) on October 28, 2021.

The Department complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FHWA Guidance and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and/or regulations.
