GRANT COUNTY (7-31) – Improvements on U.S. Highway 167B and U.S. Highway 270 will
require temporary overnight lane closures in Sheridan, according to Arkansas Department
of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will put the following closures into place nightly from 6:00 p.m.
to 5:00 a.m. beginning on Tuesday, July 31. These closures will allow crews to rehabilitate
the pavement and will remain in place until project completion, which is expected to be
three weeks.

• U.S. Highway 167B from Centria to U.S. Highway 270
• U.S. Highway 270 from State Highway 46 South to State Highway 46 North.

Traffic will be controlled with signage and flaggers. Drivers should exercise caution when
approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information
