SALINE COUNTY (5-28) – Asphalt work on Fairplay Road at its connection with U.S.
Highway 70 requires lane closures in Saline County, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, lanes on Fairplay Road will alternately be closed for asphalt repairs.
Lanes will be closed on Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Traffic will be controlled by signage, barrels, and flagging operations.

This project (Job CA0610) is part of ARDOT’s Connecting Arkansas Program that widened
17.5 miles of U.S. Highway 70 to four travel lanes and a continuous center turn lane. More
