CRITTENDEN COUNTY (10-30) – Maintenance work by the Tennessee Department of
Transportation (TDOT) on the Interstate 55 Mississippi River Bridge involves temporary
bridge closure, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, TDOT crews will close all lanes of I-55 between the I-40/I-55 interchange and the Mississippi River (mile markers 0 and 4) on Sunday, November 1 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Traffic will be detoured to I-40 eastbound. The entrance ramps for I55 at Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. (Highway 38), E. Broadway Ave. (Highway 70), and Bridgeport Rd. will also be closed through the duration of the work.
