Replacing Highway 69 Village Creek Bridge near Paragould Needs Temporary Closure

GREENE COUNTY (7-30) – Constructing a replacement for the Highway 69 Village Creek Bridge just south of Paragould needs temporary highway closure, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 2 the contractor will close Highway 69 at Greene County Road 933 (just south of Highway 412 Bypass) for the entirety of the construction, which is expected to last until late November 2021. Highways 49 and the Highway 412 Bypass will be signed for detour traffic.
