PULASKI COUNTY (9-24) – Continued work on Interstate 30 in Little Rock and North Little Rock will involve lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.
Weather permitting; the following travel impacts will occur the week of September 27. In general, daytime lane closures will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and overnight lane closures will occur between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. Areas with double-lane closures will generally be limited to 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Daytime
- I-30 Frontage Road between 3rd and 10th Streets in Little Rock
- 3rd Street intersections with Rock Street and River Market Avenue in Little Rock
- 4th Street intersections with Rock Street and River Market Avenue in Little Rock
Overnight
- 4th Street restriped for second eastbound lane between Cumberland Street and the southbound frontage road in Little Rock on September 28
- I-30/I-40 ramps or lanes within the north terminal in North Little Rock
- I-30 between Roosevelt Road and the Arkansas River in Little Rock
- I-30 Frontage Road between 3rd and 6th Streets in Little Rock
- I-30 westbound exit to 2nd Street/Cantrell Road in Little Rock
- I-630 eastbound ramp to I-30 eastbound (full closure) in Little Rock; detour signed
24-hour
- Riverfront Drive (full closure) between Olive and Pine Streets from Oct. 1 at 10 p.m. through Oct. 4 at 5 a.m. See detour map NR 308-A for more information.
Traffic will be controlled by construction barrels and signage. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
