CROSS COUNTY (12-19) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to a roadway in Cross County, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to replace an existing bridge structure with a box culvert on State
Highway 75 with a box culvert near Gieseck.

Phillips Hardy, Inc. of Boonville, Missouri, was awarded the contract at $998,121.11.
Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2019.

Kesser International, Inc. of Little Rock was awarded the contract at $499,563.90.
Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2019.

CRITTENDEN COUNTY (12-19) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a
bid for improvements to a roadway in Crittenden County, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate .8 miles of State Highway 38 between U.S. Highway
70 and Southland Drive in West Memphis.

Kiewit Infrastructure South Company of Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded the contract at
$11,347,360.69.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2019.

LINCOLN COUNTY (12-19) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid
for improvements to a roadway in Lincoln County, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of the project is to replace a bridge structure with a box culvert on State Highway 11
over Clear Creek, near Palmyra.

1911 Construction Company, Inc. of Pine Bluff was awarded the contract at $788,822.05.
Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2019.

DREW COUNTY (12-19) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to a roadway in Drew County, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to remove and replace a bridge structure on State Highway 138 over
Ables Creek near Selma.

Simco, Inc. of North Little Rock was awarded the contract at $3,204,170.40.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in late 2019.

WHITE & JACKSON COUNTIES (12-19) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has
approved a bid for improvements to a roadway in White & Jackson Counties, according to
Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate 27.3 miles of U.S. Highway 67 between Bald Knob
and Newport.

Chester Bross Construction Company of Hannibal, Missouri, was awarded the contract at
$18,692,509.65.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2021.

SALINE COUNTY (12-19) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to a roadway in Saline County, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to widen 5.4 miles of Interstate 30 to six lanes, reconstruct three
interchanges, and replace five bridge structures between U.S. Highway 70 and Sevier Street in
Benton.

Johnson Brothers Corporation, A Southland Company of Roanoke, Texas, was awarded the
contract at $187,339,930.14.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2022.

PERRY COUNTY (12-19) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to a roadway in Perry County, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to replace a structurally deficient bridge on State Highway 155 near
Casa.

Hardrock Construction, Inc. of Russellville was awarded the contract at $421,929.10.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2019.
