CROSS COUNTY (6-25) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to a roadway in Cross County, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation
(ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to prevent flooding and improve drainage on State Highway 350
west of Wynne by replacing one box culvert structure under a railroad and widen the existing ditch.

Phillips Hardy, Inc. of Boonville, Missouri, was awarded the contract at $448,977.62.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2019.

CLEBURNE COUNTY (6-25) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid
for improvements to a roadway in Cleburne County, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to replace two bridges on State Highway 25 near Quitman.

West Plains Bridge & Grading of West Plains, Missouri, was awarded the contract at
$3,670,500.00.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in late 2020.

GREENE COUNTY (6-25) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for
improvements to a roadway in Greene County, according to Arkansas Department of
Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to replace one bridge structure on State Highway 228 over the Cache
River Relief near Sedgewick.

Robertson, Inc., Bridge & Grading of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was awarded the contract at
$1,449,706.14.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2020.

approved a bid for improvements to a roadway in Clark & Hot Spring Counties, according to
Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

The purpose of this project is to replace two bridges on Interstate 30 over De Roche Creek near
Caddo Valley.

Manhattan Road & Bridge Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was awarded the contract at
$12,652,300.00.

Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2020.

improvements to roadways in Ashley County, according to Arkansas Department of

The purpose of this project is to overlay 1.4 miles of various city streets in Crossett to include
Cedar Street, E. 9th Avenue, and Beech Street.

Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel Company of Pine Bluff was awarded the contract at $352,095.90.

Montrose to include W. 9th Street, W. 8th Street, W. 7th Street, E. Oak Street, W. 5th Street, E.
2nd Street, School Street, W. 4th Street, W. 3rd Street, W. 2nd Street, Lake Street, Willow Street,
E. Walnut Street, E. 3rd Street, and Elm Street; and 1.1 miles of selected sections of various city
streets in Portland to include Peacock Street, Matthews Street, 2nd Avenue, Elm Street, and Bain
Drive.

Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel Company of Pine Bluff was awarded the contract at $568,103.29.
Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is
expected in mid 2019.

Gooden Circle; and .8 miles of selected sections of various city streets in Keiser to include Senter
Drive, J.T. Polk Drive, and Senter Drive/Bruce Wilson Street.

E. Front Street, S. Livermore Street, and S. Grove Street; and .8 miles of selected sections of
various city streets in Ulm to include S.W. & N.W. 4th Street, S.W. & N.E. 5th Street, N.W. Cedar
Street, N.E. Spring Street, S.W. & N.E. 6th Street, S.E. Main Street, and S.W. 1st Street.

Rogers Group, Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee was awarded the contract at $530,914.96.

selected sections of various city streets in Gould to include W. Star Street, Van Buren Avenue, S.

Street, and Main Street.
